“Casting all your care upon him for he careth for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)
What a wonderful feeling to know He cares, that we are never alone. Trust Him! He will carry you through the darkest of times. He is a friend that really sticks closer than a brother (Proverbs 18:24).
If you are a believer, a faithful follower of God; cast your cares upon Him, because He is willing to help you. Whatever burdens or trials you are dealing with, reach up; hold His hand. He will be there with outstretched arms waiting and wanting to embrace you, but you must go to Him.
When going through the trials and storms of life as we all do from time to time, He is there. He never promised that we would always have smooth sailing. He did, however, promise that He would never leave, nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5).
When you are tossed about by the storms of life, He is there riding in the storm tossed boat with you. He will give you the strength and courage to keep sailing through the storm, yes, He cares for you. Christ’s love is more powerful than anything the world can throw at us. He is faithful to those who come to Him, seeking rest. In Him we can know peace.
Have not made a commitment to Christ? If not, make that decision today. He loves you. He died for you. There is no greater love than His. Cast all your cares upon Him—He cares for you.
